Filemail is new free file sharing service which allows you to share upto 2 Gb Files easily.
1. First, the files you want to send are uploaded to one of several Filemail servers
2. A small e-mail is delivered to the recipients, containing a short message from you and a hyperlink where the files can be downloaded.
3. The recipients click the hyperlink in the e-mail, and are taken to the download page. After the specified number of days/number of downloads, the files are removed completely from our servers.
Also You can pay them money to send bigger files and to more people. The free account gives 20 people the chance to download the files.

Looks cool 🙂 . But I think that it isn’t very usable for very large files as many people still run on slow connections. Those with at least 1GB connection will find this tool useful for sure.
Regarding AES encryption, there is a good reading on wikipedia about Side channel attacks. The link is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Encryption_Standard
Ops, fix my comment please… I didn’t meant 1GB but 1MB. Sorry for this.
